Cassandra Monique Batie also known as Andra is a American R&B soul, soul and singer/songwriter. She has won the Grammy Award, Children's and Family Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award are among her many awards she's been awarded. In addition, she was considered for nominations to an Academy Award. Andra Day, a gifted singer-songwriter with roots in gospel music and blues with a love of the contemporary world, is more than an R&B throwback specialist. Her ability to blend her influences of jazz, gospel, and blues into the R&B style is quite impressive. The debut of her album Cheers to the Autumn (2015) she broke in to the Top Ten R&B/hip hop charts as well as securing a few Grammy nods. In 2017 her performance on Marshall's music was recognized by the Academy Award. In the year 2019, she released her second album The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album that tells the story of the famous jazz musician. Also, she appeared in The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a film that tells the story of Holiday. Andi Matichak, an American actor. Her first appearance was on television shows like 666 Park Avenue, Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods prior to making her feature film debut in the role of Allyson Nelson in the film horror series Halloween and its sequels. Andi is an American actor who was born in Framingham on the 3rd day of May 1994.
